Privacy policy

terixon OÜ processes the personal data you provide when requesting quotes or ordering (name, company, contact details, addresses, VAT number, order history) to fulfil contracts and comply with tax and accounting law (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

Who else sees it. Only the parties the work needs: the supplier or distributor that ships your order and the carrier that delivers it, our accounting provider, our email provider (which delivers order confirmations and quotes), our hosting provider (which runs the servers the shop and its backups sit on), and — if you pay by card — the payment processor. Nothing is sold, and nothing goes to an advertising network.

How long. Orders and invoices are kept for 7 years, as Estonian accounting law requires. Quote requests and enquiries are kept while they are useful to you and to us and are removed on request; we do not delete them automatically today, and this page will say otherwise the day that changes.

Cookies. Four, all functional, none for advertising or analytics: a session cookie, a security (CSRF) cookie, and two that remember whether you have been asked which region you are shopping from. There is no analytics or advertising script on this site at all.

Your rights. Access, correction, erasure, portability and objection — write to sales@terixon.com and we will answer within one month. Erasure is handled by a person, not a button, because an order we are legally required to keep cannot be erased until that period ends. Supervisory authority: Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).
