Warranty

New parts: manufacturer warranty where it transfers within the EEA, otherwise 12 months from Terixon. Refurbished and used parts: 12 months. Dead on arrival within 14 days: advance replacement where possible.

Warranty claims: sales@terixon.com with the order number, the part number and, where the part carries one, its serial number. Start every claim with us: we open it and either arrange the replacement or credit ourselves, or tell you where the manufacturer's own service handles it.
